Write an eBook on how to get started as an online freelance writer

I'm looking for someone who can write an Ebook in fluent English. The title is: "How to become a freelance writer - a step-by-step guide to getting your first paid contract working from home."
The Ebook will be sold on Amazon, and should contain around 7000 - 8000 words. The content needs to be top quality information, written in a casual tone, not technically or business minded.
It should be simple to grasp the content, and understandable for anyone. I need the book written in 7 -10 days.
The book has 11 chapters, and I have a pre-written outline for the book with a table of contents already done. You need to stick to this format.
I will also send you a list with links to websites and blogs that have the style and information that I want my book to have, so you can do your research there.
The book must instruct the reader with complete information on how to get started as
a freelance writer. I don't want any re-written PLR content that can be found anywhere
else online. The style must be easy to read, but it must really help an aspiring writer
to find a job as a freelance writer.
