Google - OAUTH2 Application / Gmail API

I would like to develop a Google OAUTH2 Application that requests permission from my service accounts (email inboxes) and then stores there OAUTH2 token to my Firebase DB or Local DB.

The scopes required are:

[login to view URL] Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail

[login to view URL] Manage drafts and send emails

[login to view URL] Insert mail into your mailbox

[login to view URL] Manage mailbox labels

[login to view URL] View your email message metadata such as labels and headers, but not the email body

[login to view URL] View and modify but not delete your email

[login to view URL] View your email messages and settings

[login to view URL] Send email on your behalf

[login to view URL] Manage your basic mail settings

[login to view URL] Manage your sensitive mail settings, including who can manage your mail
