Tripadvisor tool. (Infographic)

We need a graphics of a print magazine. The concept of this is the "How Tripadvisor can help hoteliers."
The idea is to show a kind of manual with important information about the hotel on Tripadvisor. I attached a sketch with the complete sequence we have done.
The design comes in two vertical pages:
In the page from left to right:
It is a representation of how people talk, say and think about the hotel and its rooms and apartments.
Then this information is published on the website, and pick Advisor. Tripadvisor becomes a valuable tool for hoteliers.
Tripadvisor becomes a great teacher.
On the right page:
must place the school blackboard with all the information that Tripadvisor/teacher shows to the hoteliers.
On the board, the icons representing the most important benefits that Tripadvisor offers hoteliers.
The infographic is for a print magazine, so must respect the follow parameters (we explain too in the attach file):
183,5 mm width each page
248 mm high each page
Blood: 5mm
Margin: 5mm
You must leave space in the center design of the magazine. On the back of the magazine, leave 12 mm on each sheet.
It explains everything in the attached.
We will need the final file in an editable way, because is probably then we have to put in different logos from sponsors.
it is important to have the file with layout text in order we have all the fonts and images.
This work is simple and easy, the designer should only be limited to what is specified in the attachments.
We need a professional and fast designer, this work is very URGENT.
