I need someone to go through database of 9800 records and
1. Verify that data in records is correct by doing google search and checking other directories (business name, business description, business category, address, phone, fax, email, website URL, post code etc – 18 fields to be entered)
2. Update banner or logo for each company – if available on website.
3. I will give a list of directories from which relevant information can be obtained for above operations
4. Identify if any companies have been duplicated and log it
5. Make a log of all changes made to the database in an Excel file
6. The database is maintained in a “phpmydirectory” software it is required that you do all changes through this software full editing privileges will be granted.
