Logo Design + Favicon design for Website.

I need a creative graphics designer to design me a set of ORIGINAL high resolution logo and matching Favicon for my e-commerce website.
My website sells electronics components and modules.
The logo should have the following features:
1] Colour theme is lime green and black, with a transparent (White) background
2] The website is [login to view URL]
3] Our motto is "Bringing You the Electronics of Tomorrow, Today"
4] The logo design should be something related to electronics.
5] should include the "TM" mark as I will be registering it for my website.
6] I will be using the logo on custom printed packing tape for my shipping purposes and for other uses. Therefore it should be easy to transfered for that use.
As for what you will need to submit, I will need from you the following:
1] one full logo,with the website name, website motto and a graphics part,
2] one 256x256 logo with only the graphics (and website name if you are merging them together)
3] one favicon, which should be of highest quality possible.
You should submit to me a set of different logos and favicons for me to choose.

EDIT:
The logos (1)&(2) should be in GIF format.
The Favicon should be in the ICO format.
NOTE: The maximum Bid which I will consider is USD 50! If you are unable to work with that budget, PLEASE do not bid!
