Need LOGO design professionals

I am looking for someone who can design a logo and a sign for office for me the same as this: [url removed, login to view] . I want the letters , the word: ANGKOR to look 3D. But the whole Logo will look the same as the upper one posted in the page: [url removed, login to view] right now.
I will need 3 sizes and the logo needs to be clear in all sizes:
1. For website
2. For business cards
3. For letterhead and envelopes, etc.
The art letters on the right that you can see in that Logo will be provided in flash format.
I will need someone to work on it quickly and professionally.
The logo should be designed in:
1. Coral Draw or 2. Photoshop or 3. Flash.
I will need the whole logo animated by adding light like this when the whole logo done with satisfaction.
So, In all, I will need:
1. Same Logo 2. Office Sign (as seen in the website page) 3. If with satisfaction, I will have the Logo to be animated. Add light on it to be like this: [url removed, login to view];refptc=4&p=503&CatCode=34#box
