App that would draw bluetooth-driven data (cycling performance tool)

Build a mobile app that will "grab" data from a new cycling training tool for integration into a website for tracking, reviewing and enhancing athletic performance. Most likely, the data will be pushed in a Bluetooth format. Mobile app must look good in terms of design, but (unless we expand upon the initial concept) will be collecting a single source of data. The app will then be utilized (again, at least initially) to push this data collected directly to our website, where the user can then analyze performance, make comparisons, etc.
However, our web portal will be designed separately. The request of this project ONLY encompasses the mobile app for both iPhone and Droid that will collect the data (on a sharp-looking screen view) and then push it to the website for further analysis.
