Create website header from existing logo and design

Please see the attached photos - I would like a website header based on the banner you can see in the background of photos [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]
The website header should be identical to the banner in the photos, except:
- with a white background
- not leaning to the left as in [url removed, login to view]
- preferably as large as possible (so I have flexibility to resize it)
- I would like versions with and without "BIENVENIDOS!" included
- I would also like versions with and without the square logo on the left
I need the task completed within 24 hours of selecting the winning bidder.

Update:
I'd like to clarify the requirements for the project. I don't want you to remake the banner in the photos - if possible, I really want you to do the following:
- take the banner out of photo [url removed, login to view]
- change its background to white
- rotate it to the right slightly, so it is straight
- add the left edge of the logo which is cut off in [url removed, login to view] (the left edge of the logo can be seen in [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view])
- enlarge the image without losing quality
