Need Professional Designer\Graphic Designer\Image Designer

Hey Designers!

This is a very important project here, where I will be looking for a long term designer. Basically what I'm doing to do is hire 3-5 designers and have you each do a couple mock-ups of what I am looking for. I will then pick the best 1 or 2 designers for long term work - you will officially be my designer (and I have tons of jobs and tons of sites - over 100).

If you really want to - you can create a "free mockup" and send it to me in message - if I like it enough I'll hire you on the spot as my designer (and you will get extra points for sending me a free design). Details coming below about design, just a couple more things first.

These designs needs to look very professional - they cannot look cheap AT ALL. If you are not a great designer, please don't bid.

Another thing that will help is if you have knowledge of how to implement pop-ups on websites (as this is what the design is for - pop-up "advertisements" - which I will show an example of). So if you have knowledge of how to implement pop-ups and can easily do so that will definitely get you huge points because I don't know how and will have to research it and experiment with it. If you know how you can describe it to me and it will be a lot easier for me.

Now for the details of the designs.

What I am looking for is a design for a "pop-up advertisement". Two examples of the "type" of design these will be is at [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]

If you believe you can create pop-ups that are as professional looking or even more professional\better looking than the pop-ups on these two sites - then go ahead and place your bid (remaining details will be sent when project commences and winners are picked).

And again if you want to create a "free mockup" then make something similar to the two examples and send it to me - this will increase your chances of being picked.

And I want to remind everyone I am looking for professional designers - but I will also consider the price of your bids. The price of your bid should be for 3 designs like the examples shown (fairly simple).
