we are using the Birch Press Schedule plugin to allow site members to book fitness classes. In the backend all the classes have been updated to the right availability so they are correct when people try to book them. I had someone create some custom frontend styling a few months ago for 3 specific classes, Youth Athletic Program, Adult Fitness Classes, Full Time Tennis. The idea was to show colored blocks on the calendar for these time slots. The class times have changed now though as it is Fall. So like I said Ive already updated the availability in the backend but the Color Blocks need to be moved to reflect the new times.
