I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with booklet design, PowerPoint presentation design, and PowerPoint template design for my marketing and sales materials. The purpose of these designs is to effectively promote and sell our products and services.
1) Booklet will be around 36 pages booklet double sided. I need a cutting edge modern design with an eye for high impact impression on clients. Content for the booklet is attached to this job. Need to work with the designer to have a full understanding of our requirement.
2) PowerPoint presentation for a property show. I have a specific design for the powerpoint presentation and needs to follow the same design. An existing presentation is attached with a word document to depict changes required in the existing presentation.
3) Property packaging template needs to be designed which can be altered for every individual package with different info. AT this point of time, I need 4 packaging template with different photos and content, all will be provided. Follow the same template and make changes to the body of the template.

I have brand guidelines that need to be followed, so it is important that the freelancer can incorporate our specific color schemes and branding elements into the designs. The desired style for the designs is modern and minimalist, in line with our brand identity.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in graphic design, particularly in creating marketing and sales materials. They should be proficient in using design software such as Adobe In Design and PowerPoint. Attention to detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines are crucial for this project.
