Require a site where an employer can see employees who are available for work in real time.

Require a site where users looking for work can change their status of availability.

Require a site where the employer can contact a list of people using the site.

Essentially the idea is a real time meeting place for jobseeker and employer, This is not a static profile. The user profile will need to be extremely easy to update. the employer only has 1 hour to find the employee.
