I will describe exactly all details you will need to know for this project, thats why i want you to bid exactly for the amount you are ready to build this.
My website that is under construction at the moment needs an application that is called Seat Planner. My website is built in Code Igniter.
What this application should do?
-Basically it will arrange all the guestlist at their tables.
-It will be drag and drop
-Users will be able to drag the guests from the right table(imported from my website guestlist) and put the guest to a particular table and a particular seat.
-The application will have the possibility to adjust the room lengh&width
-The application will have the possibility to have Round, square, rectangular table
-Tables can be edited, deleted, arranged wherever the user want to drag it
-For the tables user can specify the number of guests, name, size, or how the seats are distributed on table
-Guests can have the names visible or invisible when seated
-The possibility to display in the right all the guest list or show only the guests that have accepted/ declined/not responded to invitation(in my guestlist i have all the guests already sorted on this criteria )
-Can add custom item(Round, square, rectangular) and can be named
-Guests that have been seated already can be in other colour than the ones not seated yet
-Zoom in/out, full screen
-Will have a report of how many users have been seated, how many guests remaining to be seated, how many free seats, how many tables, total guests etc
-Possibility to print or to export as image
-After all the guests have been arranged to tables it will generate a list where all guests will have in the right assigned the table they were seated( 1. Donald Trump - Table no.3).
-Items(tables etc) can be copied

This webisite organised the guestlists on households, I dont have house holds, just a simple guestlist
