command software for a touch screen - open to bidding

i want a software that would recognize voice commands for a machine.

It's a pounding machine and should obey voice commands like

pound, wait, stop, harder/pound harder, slower/pound slower.

commands above should be able to be responded to in different local languages.

eg. english = come, goodmorning, how are you.

french= vien ci, bonjour, comma ca va. So basically, either commands should have the same response.
