Construisez un site Web

I would like to create a web site which is the aggregation of 4 cloud report documents attached here.

I described a very simple web structure in the document "web site structure". Each chapter of the 4 documents are splitted in different menus as described in the web structure. All the informations contained in the 4 documents must be in the web site with the same format.

To realize this web site, you should :

1. propose me a Specification document that I will fill in order to describe and add detail to what I want in term of web site

2. developp the web site

3. provide the HTML code (and/or other code if necessary)

I will deal by myself for hosting, domain and so on, so no needs for this, I only need the HTML code.
