Copy ~20 products from a website and insert to existing Magento site

We would like to copy ~20 products from a website and put them into our Mangeno 1.7 website
For every products you will need to:
- copy the content
- copy the images
- copy the price etc.
Freelancer MUST be familiar with Magento and should know how to create products, how to create categories etc.
