Design some Icons for our website (20+)

For our website we require some icons.
While the reference design for each icon is already available with us, the icons need to be changed to:
a) Shape to (Diamond/ Oval) from Circular today
b) Colour combination to suit our logo's colours
Please find attached one sample icon that we want changed.
All other icons will have similar work to be done.
The icons should be vector type in photoshop/ corel (so they do not loose shape on expansion).
Delivery in two formats:
a) Photoshop/ Corel for future usage
b) jpg format (with ~ 1 inch diagonal size)
The work should be delivered asap
