Need to develop a small website in php for managing my new gym.
The main feature that i need is :
1) Add Members (with fields firstname,lastname,adress,dob,membershiptype,height,weight,email,mobile) , send email to the user on registration
2) Search Members
3) Add Membership Type
4) Payments (create , edit , delete)
5) Payment reminders
6) A dashboard with list of members whose payment is pending for the current month, Total number of members , Payments made.
7) Generate ID card option
refer the codecanyon example , i need a design like this.
