Homepage and Membership Area Designs Needed

This project is for the design only, no development will be required. User Interface experience preferred. This is for a rewards/points website similar to s\w/a\g/b|u/c/k/s/ dot com. 1) I need a homepage designed that clearly describes how the program works, the various ways to earn points, and some of the recent articles from our blog. I will also need an inner page template made for the 'Read More' links to point to. *Branding/SEO will be the focus of the design of this page 2) I need a members area designed featuring a 'Heads Up Display' style navigation bar, and a couple 'Preview Modules,' for the different types of content we offer. I will also need 2 inner page templates created using the same Nav Bar, but featuring different content preview modules. *Usability is the main focus of this part of the site. Other Notes- Photoshop PSD please No CMS needed (backend is being developed separately)
