a. List of folders, followed by list of files
b. Each file has a an options icon to the right
i. Share
ii. Rename
iii. Update revision
iiii. Set expiry
v. Open (Preview)
vi. Move
vii. Star (Add star)
viii. Info
ix. Delete (Remove)
7. Trash
a. Options to delete permanently or recover
8. Storage
a. Just shows Amount of storage used (eg 20 MB or 1 GB) with maybe % left
9. Top bar (universal for all)
a. Hamburger icon
b. Name of menu
c. Search
d. Select
i. Select (Allows selection of multiple files.)
ii. Select all
10. Add icon at the bottom right to
a. Create new folder
b. Upload file
11. Other notes
a. Tap on folder shows list of folder contents (like Google drive)
b. Files show one of two icons: PDF or Image
c. Files in list show
i. Name
ii. Icon (of PDF or Image or Video in future)
iii. Red alert icon that shows someone has commented (disappears when you open the file)
iiii. Version (eg Ver 3)
v. Date uploaded
vi. Expiry date
vii. Any additional info. Need to see what all can fit here comfortably without looking too cluttered. Rest of the info we put under the info details. Or when you tap on the icon to the right of the file. It shows the details on top and the rest of the options below it.
Screens Part 2: Review window: use Acrobat DC as reference
Once you open a file, depending on whether it’s an image, PDF, video – the following options display
1. Comment options at the bottom of the screen
a. Comment
b. Box
c. Highlight
d. Strike through
e. Voice note
2. At the top of the screen
a. Search
b. All comments : this opens the comments. You can view by page or by user with the replies
