Set up Shipping for Opencart

I have a website in open cart. Need to set up shipping.
In detail:
-Delivery charge or shipping charge will be calculated depending on the location and weight. for ex: If a shipping location is London first kilo will be charged $5 and extra each kilo will be $3. Same kind of scenario will be applicable for each location.
-If total bill is above $500 no shipping only pick up at store available.
-Should be able to make each products available for shipping and not available for shipping.
-If one of the non ship-able product is in the cart whole order will not be shipped and it will be pick up from shop.
-for the products which can be shipping should be indicated "Delivery Available" in product view and if not "only pick up from store" in product view.
