i want to develop a website where students can post questions and some users called experts can answer those questions regarding this i need following features
[login to view URL] subscribed students can only see the answers of already answered questions because we want them to subscribe
[login to view URL] subscribed students can post new questions (how many questions can post in one subscription cycle decided by admin)
[login to view URL] through paypal for subscription
[login to view URL] of answeres answered by an expert can view by admin
[login to view URL] editor like cke editor in which one can upload image because most of my answeres uploaded using images only.
[login to view URL] should have optional feature to embed video from youtube or vimeo
[login to view URL] question title needed separately description enough along with image upload capability
[login to view URL] student asked a question using an image say photo of text book problem it should automatically converted to text using some ocr feature and it should be there along with image in the question field.
[login to view URL] created by admin can see all unanswered questions and can answer if his answer choose as best then he will be awarded some points .
