We are seeking a fully functioning proprietary program that works similarly to EXPOCAD and other event floorplans and assign vendor space with clients in real time.

We would like the ability to easily make floorplans with drag and drop, include listing info, etc.

We would like this to also work as a CRM

We have been burned several times trying this on Freelancer. We will pay you$500 for every week of work completed at the end of that week.
