Javascript Debugging for Google Fusion Tables map search

I have a template which uses Google Fusion Tables and javascript to create a searchable database which shows results on a map depending on set criteria. The design and template are complete, with some working examples. The current map however has some bugs in the script which leads to no results being shown. I estimate 1-2 hours of debugging with good javascript experience. Experience using google fusion tables may help. This is very urgent and ideally would be completed by 31/01/2014.

Specifically, there are two issues. 1) Calling all records from the google fusion table to the map. 2) using checkboxes to select criteria from 5 different columns in the fusion table so that if checkbox 1 and 2 are ticked the records returned are marked "yes" in BOTH column 1 and 2.

An example of the js file that isn't working properly is attached.
