Convert PSD 2 HTML with 3D flipping and gallery - repost

MUST READ REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING!!!

I have a basic template already created. I uploaded it as site.zip. You can see there that there is a background and a menu already there, and a div for content. I need the PSD ([url removed, login to view]) that I uploaded to be converted to HTML and put into the content div, while not breaking any of the other components.

If you take a look at the PSD you will see several things that need to be done:

1. White box on top, a div that will have text in the future. Just put a placeholder to the right of the separator and to the left of it.

2. The red circle and the black button to the right of it are static. Text needs to be added to the right of the circle, and a black button needs to be designed.

3. All red squares must be seperate divs (each one). The red will be the background, and I will be able to add an icon to the div.

4. Each div must be flippable with text on the back. Use [url removed, login to view] The first demo.

5. The transparent square must be designed and placed with the images and the stars etc.

6. To the right there is a gallery. It must look exactly like this, and be able to hold any type of media (video, audio and images).

7. The whole section on the bottom must be designed as is. It is quite straight forward.

If something is not understood, ask! I need a job that will be executed perfectly, and needs to look ** EXACTLY EXACTLY EXACTLY ** like the graphics that I upload.

I am a developer with an overflow of work, and there is potential for many more jobs like these in the future.
