We are looking for a skilled developer who can create a user-friendly program that can compare the odds on two Australian gambling websites in real-time, and can be accessed via a web-based app. Specifically, we would like the program to be able to pull odds data from [login to view URL] and another Australian gambling site in real-time, and be accessible through a web-based app that can be accessed on any device with an internet connection. The program should be easy to use by a non-technical person and should display the odds data in an easy-to-read format. The program should allow users to see the odds on both sites side by side for a selected horse race or sporting event. Additionally, the program should identify and highlight events where the comparison odds are close to each other, or where the odds are higher on the second site.
Requirements:
Experience in web scraping and data manipulation
Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby
Familiarity with Australian gambling websites and odds
Ability to create a user-friendly interface
Knowledge of data visualization and highlighting techniques
Ability to create an easy-to-use installation package

I want it to be as simple as i filter the event i am after (horse race or sporting event) and the program spits out what the current love odds are side by side for betfair and another au gambling site)
Ideally the program would be able to send a notification, or highlight when an certain event is triggered in this case BF odds are lower than other site or close to the odds.
(So i dont have to filter by event and scour info myself it advises me of the event in which this parameter occurs)
