Webpage designer needed to take copy/content from old pages and add to new responsive pages

This is a very simple project. I have 22 existing html pages that I need each pages content and title & meta description info from each old page used to create a new page using the new responsive template I have already created. The file names on each new page needs to be named exactly the same as the old page. Literally just copying and pasting the file name from the old pages to the new ones.
You will be able to see the old pages on my active website (i.e. you can see the code of what needs added to the new page by viewing the source code on each old page).
I will want to be able to chat with whoever I choose to do this project so I can answer questions or ask them as they come up.
Note, this is NOT done in WordPress. It's literally taking old html pages and moving that content (and title & meta info) over to the new responsive page templates and naming the new files exactly the same as the old ones so I can just drop them onto my websites' server.
