Hello, I am looking to find an experienced Children's book illustrator to help me with my first book. I have completed the manuscript and am in need of 28 illustrations. The story involves a Black Labrador, so someone who has experience of drawing dogs would be a good bonus.
I would like to get the illustrations completed within the next 4 - 6 weeks. The book format will be full colour 8.5" x 11" and I would need the illustrations to be completed at a minimum of 300 dpi. I will be shortlisting candidates over the next couple of days, and will be asking the shortlist to provide a sample sketch in which I will provide a brief to bring the main character to life.
Please be a good communicator, patient (this is my first time), and knowledgeable and experienced enough to help guide us both on a collaborative journey.
