Illustrate In comicbook style comic style drawing

Hi,
I would like an image for print. I would want to scale it to 36 inches tall by 23 inches wide or if I can get a printer to do it larger 40 inches tall by 25 inches wide. I just need image I will print the image locally. If you have a scanner that will scan at a high enough resolution I think either would work. I have photoshop, but lack the ability to draw in a comic book style. I am looking to create a cover image like one of there with my team members in it. I am not looking for muscle bound men and women drawn to look like bathing suit models, but the people need to look like look like heros on a team together. we are a computer department of regular people. if This goes well there will be possible drawings once or twice a month.
