Draw a path over a text

I have 3 texts with either a curly or a handwritten font. They need to be drawed with a path (not outlined like the 'outline-tool' does in Illustrator), in order for me to import into After Effects.
It must be one long line. Not many small ones. Don't worry about the 'bridge / gap' between sentences and letters. The path will not be visible in the final result. It shall only work as a mask for the text.
Each text is approximately between 6-8 lines. (I have uploaded an example of a work-in-progress where i am about half done with one text.
