For this job we are searching for an interior designer with experience in offices!
The Job:
• We really want to get a person aboard who can help us with his or her expertise for this project, but also for the ones to come in the future. In this case the job comprises of different disciplines (techniques, environmental design, general architecture,.. ). We have all those disciplines in-house. For the part of interior design we want an extra extern person who can support us with his or her designs and expertise.
• The part of interior design (this job offer) comprises the design of in total 13 office floors. In total there are 3 buildings which must be redesigned with 6,3 and 4 office floors.
How to apply:
We will need the next documents of you or your team, to decide whether you’re experienced enough, you have the right skill set and expertise, whether you can design office-related interiors in a timely matter and which quality you deliver:
• An Office Reference (the more you have the better, so multiple references that fulfill the requirements are welcomed). The design of the reference must be executed in the last 3 years. Please present your reference with all necessary information on a pretty pdf / ppt (content, date, description, client indication, contact info of the client, estimation of the budget, effectively used budget for the works)
• A declaration signed by you that the reference is actually designed by you.
• The prove of your degree as an interior architect (or the degree of the person in your team that will act as the interior architect in this job)
• Your Curriculum Vitae (or the CV of the interior architect in your team)
• Your redesign of the floor plan (this is a 1st floor in an office building) – in dwg-format and pdf format. Potentially also with some 3D-visualisations (if you want to accelerate your chances). This redesign must comply with the requirements. We want to make sure that you or your team is/are able to deliver quality in a timely manner.
• A note of 2 A4 pages with an explanation about how and why you would place the different office rooms where you have put them.
