2000 greek facebook fans

We need 2000 facebook fans for our page.
The fans have to fulfill the following criteria.
1. Be from Greece.
2. Be active over the past 15 days.
3. Have at least 50 friends.
4. Real people, not bots.
We will not provide administration of the page.
The subcontractor must not use any technique that may lead to ban our page, or any technique that infringes people to “like”. No spam, no bats, no fakes, no pornography, to sum it up nothing inappropriate.
The project must be executed within 5 days.
Payment will be made with paypal in two intervals.
50% Once we reach 2000 fans more than we currently have.
50% one month after completion of the +2000 target, so as to ensure that these are not fake fans that will unlike within a few days.
Payment will not proceed if our page is banned/blocked or if the designated timeframe is finished and we are below 75% completion.
