Get new paying clients to my website

I am looking to expand my current paying clients base. I own the website [login to view URL] which has been running steadily for 2 years, but i need more users that are willing to purchase Traffic Packages. I am looking for a competent and professional growth hacker / marketer / salesman to get more customers for me. The goal is to have 5 to 10 subscriptions purchased each day.

- how will you drive traffic to the website?

- what tools will you use?

- can you guarantee your traffic quality, i.e. conversions?

- what experience do you have, any similar jobs?

If that works better for you, i am willing to pay 50% commission for each registered client who purchases any traffic package.
