Class Schedule Offline Website with Online Database

Hello, and thank you for responding to our post.

We desire a website that lets students and lecturers review and set class schedules.

We wish the website to be able to cache to the client side for offline usage, and the only work for the server is to house the database. We wish as much to be on the client browser as possible, if not literally all (other than, again, the database)

The website must be easy to set up on virtually any decent host, and it must be written in a way that is easy to understand and expand on.
