Custom Banner/Search Box/Widget Design Needed

I have a niche job board and looking for a designer/programmer who can design some banners with search functionality, a link to us page, and Typepad Widgets.
Basically I am looking for someone to design a page and similar tools to <a href="http://www.indeed.com/tools/webmaster/">this</a>.
This job will include:
- Webmaster tools page similar to the above
- Jobroll - dynamically-updating list of jobs that may be placed on a blog or website
- Job Search Box with graphics
- Typepad Widgets similar to the above
