JAVASCRIPT code migrates

I need a software written in js that you download my host a zipped file and dezipe it to the APPDATA folder and then run it.

I have example .VBS more accurate written in precise JAVASCRIPT code migrates it to javascript. And make it run before submitted.

Its a small project.. Just aprox 20 lines of code. My budget is $10. and need it in 0 days. So bid only if you can do it and make it run.
