React Native chat application using Google Firebase

This project is a continuation of an existing project. It is a chat application that uses location data to connect friends that are nearby. I already have the react native library, backend, and mockups created, as well as a working signup flow for iOS. I want this built out for both Andriod and iOS on react native and hosted on Google Firebase, no exceptions.
Please do not respond if you do not have experience in React Native and Firebase.
Below are the user stories in scope and attached are the low fidelity mockups of the application:
- As a user, I can sign up for an account (using name, username, and phone)
- As a user, I can upload a photo to my account
- As a user, I can sign into my account
- As a user, I bulk sync my phone contacts to the new address book
- As a user, my geo location is collected and stored from my device every 30 minutes
- As a user, the list of contacts within a 30 mile radius of me rise to the top of the contact list
- As a user, I can select individual or multiple contacts to send a unified text to
