Medicare Supplemental Project:
We are looking for call centers with experience on sales. The Call Center should have experienced agents that can speak on the phone with confidence and enthusiasm with quality. Call Centers must provide their own data, VoiP and dialer. We suggest that you start off with 5-10 agents minimum so that they become confident enough to learn our methods of quality from our standards. We provide mock call training, coaching and meetings when necessary to keep the quality consistent. Furthermore, this is not temporary, it’s a full time job. We pay twice a month on the 2nd and the 17th of each month.
