automatic sms from iCal (revised)

In SMS Mac program, it is possible to set up an alarm in the iCal, and have it call an AppleScript. The Script then send out an SMS automatically using SMS MAC scripting. An example of such is show in

[url removed, login to view]

I would like to have an AppleScript that can do the same with Skype.

Can anyone help?
