Budget for implementation of MAGENTO for online store.
We request to the supplier budget and detail of services included by the implementation of a platform Magento for site of sale of products online, with different accesses and permissions to users.
DETAIL: Magento 1.9 is required to guarantee and maximize compatibility with modules and plugins.
Required features:
· Categorization of products based on pre-existing classification.
· Generation of CSV format to import existing products, according to the requirements of the data structures of Magento.
· Import one photo per product (current photos).
· Implementation of product search engine.
· Implementation of product filters, variables by product type.
· Use of the platform without stock.
· Restriction of entry to the entire website.
· Registration and entry of clients.
· Account of customers with history of orders placed.
· Wishlist by customer account.
· Implementation of payment method to be defined (Mercado Pago, PayU, SPS, etc.)
· Implementation of order status workflow (Pending, Accredited, Delivered, etc.)
· Implementation of automated emails.
· Contact Form
· Implementation of up to 5 fixed sections of contents (who we are, where we are, terms and conditions, etc.)
· Customer account section with order tracking
· Restriction by audience segment
· Implementation of complementary and / or alternative products
· Implementation of B2B scheme to group client accounts based on companies and to be able to share orders between users.
· Seasonal filter
· Customer service module, to save online consultations and serve them from backend

In a second stage:
Contemplating the creation of a content blog, to position news and / or trends related to the website and to complement the content of the blog, boosting traffic. Requires implementation of:

· Home with a list of latest news
· Notes finder
· Categories of notes
· Tags
· Notes, including photos and / or videos in the body of the note
· Related news
Additional data:
· Approximately 3,000 products with combinations are contemplated, giving a total of about 15,000 SKUs.
· The platform will require growth through the implementation of multiple stores or multi-accounts, sharing the product database. (B2b)
We do not include in the current quote the implementation of additional templates. They can be quoted at the moment of defining quantity and characteristics needed.
· The platform must be scalable in order to be able to integrate in the future, if it is desirable, the implementation of the tracking of orders sending through third parties and the assembly of product combos.
The project will require the acquisition of certain modules and / or plugins to be defined. These will be requested from the client and implemented within the platform.
We request to quote:
CMS implementation budget detailing services included, estimated time of development and general requirements.
We request two price options:
Option A: we delivers the designs in .PSD format
Option B: we delivers the template of magento already with the design complemented on the template.
Optional: monthly technical support service for platform maintenance
