Commission based online salespersons

I am in the startup of a social and enviroental clothes brand.

Our first collection will consist of Organic cotton quality Polo shirts for men, in 4 color variations.

Beside durability, comfort and aesthetics, we measure quality in sustainability and social impact, so 20% of the sales price of each sold product will be donated to an charitable organization selected by the customer, from a list of preselected options.

We will only be selling B2C from an online store.

We are looking for commission based sales personnel from different geographical locations, interested in selling our products online.

It will be done in a way, so that each freelance salesperson gets his own discount code he/she can advertise with.

The sales persons will give the customers they provide this code to enter when they buy something, to get a 5% discount on the products purchased.

The freelance salesperson will then receive another 5% of the total sales price for each sold piece with his code entered.

The sales price will be around 50 dollars per piece so the freelancer will earn about 2.5 dollars for each piece sold on behalf of his work.

In other words, it is up to you when and how much you want to work, but you will only be paid for the sales you provide.

So if you get 10 customers a month you've earned 25 dollars. If you get 100 customers per month you've earned 250 dollars and so on.
