Compile a Matlab-based software using 32bit Matlab-Compiler

We have a Matlab-based software which also includes a GUI interface. Since we have just an 64bit system, the compilation just runs on 64-bit systems.
Thats why we are looking for a freelancer who has a 32-bit Matlab licence and a 32bit Matlab compiler licence and therefore compiles our software.
Instructions and programm files will be provided as a shared Dropbox-directory.
Quick (and reliable) help is prefered.
