Convert windows mobile 6 program to Android

I am a contractor for Directv. Im looking for someone to convert Directv's FISTT program in windows mobile 6 professional to work with Android. We are required to capture signatures from Directv customers with a motorola handheld that runs Windows mobile 6 professional. I would like to only rely on my android smartphone by porting this program over to android. It doesnt matter how its done or if its clean looking. If the program could even be put into a flash based website or if the app is downloaded on the android phone it doesnt matter as long as I can get the FISTT signature capture program functions to work on my android phone.
