App Design with game aspect and in app purchase of copy written Clock Designs

We are looking for a developer to create an app (Apple/Android/Desktop) that we can upload custom copy written clock designs to via a "portal", with multiple layers such as minute hand, second hand, hour hand and background. App users could use these clocks as their backgrounds or lock screens on mobile devices and computers. These clock designs are very unique and sometimes challenging to tell the time so we would like a game aspect of the app that would challenge users to tell the time based on randomly displayed clock designs and times. Also, we manufacture these clocks and would like people to have the ability to purchase the actual wall hanging clock from the app with an online store component. Advertisement uploading for free app users and paid no-ad options too. I am capable of creating graphics in any formats needed to design the app graphics. Looking for reliable, timely partner. Will pay premium if you can develop on time and within scope.
