I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.

- Similar to "Qatar Living" app.

- Need registration simply with otp registration

- Users can advertise based on the category specified by admin

- admin should be able to monitor payments and advertisements.

- each adv should be validated by admin before publishing.

- users can make featured ads by payment schemes decided and stated by admin

- general annoucements can be send by admin to all users

admin can manage all users

debit card and credit card payment should be enabled for the users.
