We are a small service company and we use an in-house app developed via AppSheet for service order management. We need to develop new features and improve the app in some aspects:
1st Create visualization rules so that each employee has access only to their work orders.
2nd Create buttons to capture the time and the location of the employee to control the journey in the activities of:
2.1 beginning of the transfer to the client;
2.2 Arrival at the customer;
2.3 Start of intervention on the equipment;
2.4 End of intervention on the equipment;
2.5 Customer exit; and
2.6 arrival at the customer for the next service or at the residence.
