Call Recording app using NDK Library on Android platform

Need to develop the call recording application which can record both Incoming & Outgoing calls. Application should be developed using Native NDK library and Java. Application must record the calls and both party voice should be crystal clear. Should have facility to record the file in different format like AMR, WAV, MP3, 3GP, MP4 etc with highest rate of compression. The application should be supported on Android devices of various make & models.
We have worked on Call recording solution which records the call from available sources (Microphone, VOICE_CALL etc) in Android. For some of the android devices, these sources work perfectly and record the both incoming and outgoing voice in a call.
But there are some android devices like manufactured by samsung,like Samsung S9,S8,S7, Note9, they have disabled the other's side voice (incoming voice) and it's not getting recorded. So, incoming call voice not get recorded clearly.
We are Getting only one side voice in our call recording solution.
There are some apps on google play (ACR, Boldbeast) which works well on most of android devices. They are doing some pre-recording settings. So, they are getting both side call conversation with clear voice.
These are the techniques we have tried at our end:
- Using Microphone (Records on All devices, but incoming voice not get recorded)
- Using Voice Call (Both side voice clear but Works on small range of Devices)
- Using Android NDK Library OpenSL (Reocrds on All devices, sound quality is clear as compare to microphone but doesn't record incoming voice)
So, we need a solution, which works perfectly on all android device models and record both sides conversation (incoming & outgoing voice) in a call.
Our target models are, samsung s9, note9, S8, S7.
