Idea Machine

Purpose:

The intention of this simple app is to allow users to record ideas for a calendar day. For instance, today a user will register and login to the app, record 10 ideas (line items) for today and save that data. The user can login again tomorrow and add 15 more line items for tomorrow. The user can then look at a calendar view and each calendar day will simply have a badge number (10 for today, 15 for tomorrow) to indicate how many ideas, if any, they've submitted for the day.

Details:

1. Insert line items for the current day

2. Be able to see a calendar view for how many line items were inserted for each day

3. Tap the day on the calendar in order the view the line items.. this will actually go to the "Daily List"

4. Daily List: It's just a timeline view (probably in the form of cards) in chronological vertical order that shows submissions for each day.

5. Allow the user to tag each line item with a pre-defined tag (these tags will be provided by the application.. but are actually, ultimately, pulled from API)

6. Login/Register functionality (including social media auth OAuth)

7. UI/UX is an important aspect and will likely take most of the time. For this iteration, a template such as TETHR would be acceptable, as long as it's clean and we can discuss the customization. Through discussions, mockups can be created and go further into details of the design.

8. API will be provided for you. This project is purely for the UI/UX and functionality of the iphone application itself

Additional:

This iteration of the application is very simple. The application process has 3 more stages where it will vastly grow, so this relationship can be a long-term one. As such, it's imperative that the code base be kept clean, concise, and frequently updated.
