Want to keep a track of the availability of vacant/occupied rooms in selected list of buildings registered with the App, Website. When we select a particular location through MAP or address the list of current occupancy/availability should be shown and be able to book if available for few hours or days. Ability to maintain current status of the rooms in each building by immediate update when status change to occupied,vacant etc. for example if I select a school in a particular city the application need to show the number of rooms vacant and available to book in each nearby(specified distance eg:200 meters radius) building with floor no and room no. with few room features and class of room, and be able to book the room with mobile and website, and optionally pay online or reserve. Further the app should show the availability by each floor in the building, the mobile user also optionally be able to register with the App., use saved GPS address to go to the location of the building/room. Database driven app with fully functional source code, statistics reports, full rights must be delivered with technical manual.
