Require Solitaire iOS game engine written in Swift

I need a solitaire game engine designed with iPhone 4s, 5 and 6 compatibility as well as with all versions of iPad from 2 onwards. The game engine must be written in 100% Swift code and NOT Objective C.

Note:

- game engine only, so no graphics will need to be implemented

- No money will be paid in advance. Payment will be made in full once the full source code is submitted to myself

- since it is a relatively simple game engine, there will be no halfway payments. Payment will be given in full upon completion and delivery of full source code only

- Also please do not ask me to give you 5 star feedback or otherwise mention feedback in any way. if there are no problems and you do a good job you will surely get 5 star feedback so no need to ask
